9. Long Term Planning
A procedure for reporting Incidents has been in existence for a long time, particularly for train operating incidents. As from September 2019 this procedure has been revised, to cover all incidents, and also extended to cover the reporting of Near Misses (sometimes called Near Hits, which is possibly a more accurate description).
Policy Directives are the mechanism used for documenting decisions about how the MRT as an organisation functions.
