The 2017 company rule book applies to all members, and specifies a number of very general rules, plus a few that relate to train operating. 

The 2017 general regulations apply to all working members, and specify in more detail how work at the railway (including train operations) is controlled.

The 2017 train operating regulations apply to all members who are involved in train operations, and specify how these must be controlled.
