GOV001 – Memorandum of Association

The MRT is both a limited company and a registered charity, and so its legal constitution is defined by a pair of documents.  One of these is the Memorandum of Association, which specifies the purposes for which the company was formed, what it is expected to do, and why these provide the public benefit that justifies it being a charity.
